Front of house team member responsibilities • Use our CORE 4 model to serve guests: eye contact, smile, speak enthusiastically, say "my pleasure!" • Provide second mile service, going above and beyond to ensure excellent customer service • Strive to build great relationships with co-workers, as all positions require teamwork • Take orders on registers, providing correct change and accurate orders to guests • Quickly bag and deliver food with order accuracy • Maintain clean working environment • Maintain strict adherence to food safety procedures • Follow procedures to ensure operational excellence Front of house team member requirements • Capable of working on your feet for 6-10 hours • Able to lift and manipulate at least 30 pounds overhead • Have reliable transportation • Possess strong verbal interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills Part-time and full-time positions available. Non-CDL Shuttle Driver As a member of VPNE's growing transportation division, the role of the Non-CDL Shuttle Driver is to safely transport employees and customers from parking facilities to their designated areas. The CDL Shuttle Driver will provide exceptional service and safety at all times and will ensure the vehicle is cleaned and maintained and meets company standards and brand representation. Responsibilities • Maintain safety standards at all times while transporting employees to their designated area. • Ensure that the vehicle meets all safety requirements and is up to date with the maintenance schedule. • Follow all traffic signs/laws and maintain posted speed limits. • Ensure all passengers are authorized to board the Shuttle. • Maintain a set schedule to ensure delays are at a minimum. • Ensure each passenger has a positive experience and all issues are resolved in a timely manner. • Extend the Exceptional Care philosophy at all times. • Inform and relay all necessary information in a clear and concise, professional manner to Managers and passengers whether in person or via the Shuttle radio.
