Job SummaryUnder general supervision, apprehends, impounds, rehomes, and euthanizes as necessary unlicensed, stray, and uncontrolled animals within the Sand Springs city limits in accordance with state and local laws, rules and regulations. Performs animal care and customer service functions at the Animal Welfare facility and focuses on pet adoption and other favorable outcomes through appropriate means. Warehouse Clerk The Warehouse Clerk receives, stores, and distributes material, tools, equipment, and products within the warehouse, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of all job functions. Essential Functions • Assist shipping and receiving unloading trucks, checking in material, matching purchase orders to sales orders and distributing to accounting for processing. • Responsible for distributing or allocating specific parts, materials, or components from inventory to support active assembly jobs. • Read customer orders, work orders, shipping orders or requisitions to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed and/or shipped. • Move materials and items from receiving or storage areas to shipping or to other designated areas. • Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color, or product code. • Ensure the warehouse is accessible and safe for salespeople and customer traffic. • Mark materials with identifying information using appropriate method. • Open boxes, crates, and other containers. • Record amounts of materials or items received or distributed via appropriate computer program. • Assist in counting of physical inventory. • Operate forklift and/or pallet jack as needed. • Complete requisition forms to order supplies from other departments. • Prepare parcels for mailing. • Sweep, dust, and mop. Position Title: School Nurse Substitute Reports To: Building Principal, District Nursing Supervisor, and/or Director of Special Education Position Summary The School Nurse Substitute provides temporary nursing services in theabsence of the school nurse to support the health, safety, and well-being of students and staff. Responsibilities include assessing student health concerns, administering medications, managing medical emergencies, maintaining health records, and collaborating with school personnel and families to ensure students can safely participate in the educational environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities • Provide nursing assessment and care for students presenting with illness, injury, or health concerns. • Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders, district policy, and state regulations. • Respond to medical emergencies and provide first aid, CPR, and emergency interventions as needed. • Implement student health plans, emergency action plans, and individualized healthcare plans. • Monitor students with chronic health conditions such as diabetes, asthma, seizures, severe allergies, and other medical needs. • Determine when students should return to class, be sent home, or require emergency medical services. • Maintain accurate and confidential student health records and documentation. • Communicate with parents/guardians regarding student illnesses, injuries, and health concerns. • Collaborate with administrators, teachers, counselors, and support staff regarding student health needs. • Follow district policies regarding communicable disease prevention and infection control. • Assist with health screenings as assigned. • Maintain inventory and organization of health office supplies and medications. • Ensure compliance with state laws, district policies, and nursing standards of practice.
