Position Summary As an RN Case Manager, you will play a vital role in coordinating and managing patient care throughout the healthcare journey. Qualifications • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Oklahoma. • Previous experience in case management or a related nursing field preferred, but not required. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals. • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and commitment to patient privacy and confidentiality. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases effectively. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
