The Floor Care Technician maintains a clean, sanitary environment. The Floor Care Technician strips, scrubs, sweeps, refinishes, and buffs all tiled floor areas of the center, utilizing the proper equipment and procedures. They vacuum and spot clean all carpets throughout the center, and work effectively among patients, family members, and external and internal customers in a team environment. Previous floor care experience is preferred, as well as, knowledge of chemicals, cleaners, application practices and maintenance of floor care equipment and supplies. Drivers must follow company delivery procedures, safety policies, and customer service standards while ensuring deliveries are completed accurately and on time. This position typically pays $20 to $27 per hour, with opportunities for overtime pay, route bonuses, holiday pay, and performance-based incentives depending on location and route.Drivers are responsible for verifying orders before delivery, unloading products using hand trucks, stocking products in store backrooms, coolers, and shelves, rotating older product forward, building promotional displays, and maintaining delivery and inventory records using handheld devices.
