Full-time Custodial/Janitor

Job Full Description Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Custodian/Janitor to join our team. This position is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment in our facilities. The ideal candidate will take pride in their work and ensure that all areas are kept orderly and presentable. Responsibilities: • Perform general cleaning and custodial duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming • Clean and sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, and common areas • Empty trash and recycling bins and ensure proper disposal • Restock supplies such as paper products, soap, and cleaning materials • Maintain floors, windows, and other surfaces as needed • Report maintenance or repair needs to management • Follow safety procedures and use cleaning equipment properly • Assist with event setup, furniture moving, and other facility support tasks as required Qualifications: • Previous custodial, janitorial, or housekeeping experience preferred but not required • Ability to lift up to 50lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending, standing, and walking for extended periods • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently • Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions • Commitment to safety and maintaining a clean environment Abilene, TX 3247 408 A Lone Star Drive Abilene, TX 79602
