The Culinary Facility Prep team member ensures the kitchen, dish area and three compartment sinks are clean, well-stocked, and organized to support daily operations. Maintain the facility/building cleanliness. This role is vital in maintaining health and safety standards and ensuring all prep andutility areas are operating efficiently to support line cooks and culinary KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen equipment, prep areas, and walk-ins. • Assist in receiving and storing food deliveries properly. • Organize and restock supplies, including dry goods, produce, and kitchen tools. • Set up workstations and ensure all prep stations are clean and ready for service. • Follow all safety and sanitation procedures in accordance with health codes. • Communicate with the culinary team to ensure timely preparation and replenishment. • Ensuring parking lot is free of trash, clutter and debris • Cleaning of flooring, bathrooms and bar areas

Required Qualifications • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities. • Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. • Strong attention to detail. • Self-motivated with a high level of initiative and ownership. • Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Customer-focused mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.
