Work and PerksPOSITION SUMMARYThe Dishwasher is responsible for cleaning all dishes, silverware, glassware, utensils, and pots/pans, as well as providing support to other areas of the BOH. This position requires a strong sense of urgency, adaptability, and the ability to work efficiently. The Dishwasher represents Miller's Ale House by exhibiting professionalism, attention to detail, and a desire to foster a positive work environment.ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS & KEY RESPONSIBILITIES* Arrive on time, in full uniform, and ready to work.* Work directly with Team Members to ensure all needs are met in a timely manner.* Maintain proper food handling procedures and ensure sanitation of work areas, complying with food handling requirements.* Work closely with Team Members to ensure safety and sanitation protocols are followed according to company standards* Collect bus tubs and dirty dishes from both FOH and BOH areas.* Ensure a steady supply of clean dishes, glassware, and utensils for cooks, servers, and bartenders.* Re-stock areas for easy access by other staff members.* Provide support to cooks as needed, including occasional station assignments.* Communicate with fellow Team Members and Management to stay informed and ensure smooth operations.* Maintain clean and organized work areas, including sweeping and mopping when necessary.* Assist with overall kitchen cleanliness, including taking out trash.* Complete running and end-of-shift side work, ensuring work areas are stocked and ready for the next Dishwasher.* Notify Management immediately of any potential problems or issues.Requirements and Qualifications* Support other Back of House functions as needed, ensuring that all areas of the restaurant run smoothly is a shared responsibility among the Team.* Communicate positively with other Team Members and Management to ensure smooth operations.* Provide exceptional service and maintain a positive attitude throughout the entire shift.* Demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.* Ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced environment.* Must be at least 18 years of age at the age of hire unless otherwise required by state law.PHYSICAL DEMANDSDishwashers are expected to be able to perform the job functions with reasonable accommodation. Physical demands include:* Remain standing for extended periods of time* Frequent bending, squatting, kneeling, and lifting, up to 40 lbs., for short distances* Ability to work with hot water for most of the shift, and in work areas that have an elevated air temperature.* Ability to work with varying noise levels* Frequent communication with Managers and Team Members. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.

Warehouse Driver The Warehouse Driver receives, stores, and distributes materials and products within the warehouse and delivers products, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of all job functions. Essential Duties and Responsibilities • Deliver product orders to customers • Assist in loading and unloading trucks, checking products in and out, and matching purchase orders to sales orders • Read customer orders to determine items that need to be moved, gathered, loaded or unloaded • Move materials and products from storage areas to and from loading areas • Sort and place materials or products on racks, shelves, or in bins according to established processes • Identify damage, loss, or surplus of products and materials stored in the warehouse • Ensure warehouse is accessible and safe • Open containers and mark materials with identifying information according to established processes • Assist in checking in product and taking physical inventory • May be assigned facilities maintenance duties such as sweeping, mopping, or shoveling • Other duties as assigned Requirements • High school degree or equivalent • Valid Colorado Class B CDL • One year of prior warehouse clerk experience preferred • Organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to use standard warehouse equipment such as hand trucks and box cutters • At least 3 years of satisfactory driving history required; previous delivery experience not required, but helpful • Knowledge of DOT and OSHA compliance regulations • Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English • Must be able to operate trucks with manual and automatic transmissions Working Environment and Physical Demands • Ability to lift, push & pull up to 75 lbs. repeatedly throughout the course of the shift • Ability to walk, squat, stoop, kneel and bend repeatedly at each delivery location • Ability to enter and exit truck cab multiple times throughout the day • Ability to climb on top of and inspect top of trailer • Ability to regularly pass a DOT physical and maintain FMCSA drug and alcohol standards Eligible for Company Benefits Including: • Health, dental, and vision coverage, effective the 1st of the month following the date of hire • Company paid life insurance and long-term disability • Employee paid voluntary benefits such as voluntary life, short-term disability, critical illness, accident, and Legal • Participation in the company 401(k) plan with eligibility for the company match after 6 months of service • Paid time off (PTO) • Company paid holidays Legal Statements Offen Petroleum is an at-will, equal opportunity employer.
