School Bus/Van Driver Qualifications: 1. Valid Kansas CDL license with required endorsements 2. Complete and pass physical for school bus drivers 3. Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the board of education may find appropriate and acceptable Reports To: Transportation Director Job Goal: To enable each student, through safe and efficient transportation, to take full advantage of the complete range of curricular and extracurricular activities offered by the district's schools Essential Functions: 1. Knowledge of and obeys all traffic laws. 2. Observes all mandatory safety regulations for school buses. 3. Follows district's policies in regard to student transportation. 4. Maintain discipline and report those who are not abiding by the rules to the proper authority to maintain order while on the bus. 5. Follows district's procedures when disciplining students. 6. Keeps assigned bus clean for the purpose of ensuring safety, appearance, and sanitation of vehicle. 7. Keeps to assigned schedule to provide minimal school disruptions. 8. Performs pre-trip inspection following district's policy. 9. Notifies supervisor in case of mechanical failure or lateness. 10. Discharges students only at authorized stops. 11. Transports only authorized students. 12. Reports all accidents and completes required reports to the proper authorities. 13. Ability to drive vehicles of different sizes and styles. 14. Regular onsite attendance. 15. Maintain a high level of confidentiality regarding student and staff information in order to remain in compliance with legal requirements and to maintain a professional work environment. 16. Other responsibilities as noted in the transportation handbook or as assigned by the transportation supervisor. 17. Performs other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor. Job Summary As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the main point of contact for customers and internal teams. This role involves heavy email and data entry, requires strong attention to detail, and supports the full order lifecycle-from quoting to delivery. What You'll Do • Respond to customer inquiries by email and phone (high volume-up to 200 emails per day). • Prepare and process material quotes-about 60% of the role-using Excel and written summaries. • Review customer purchase orders and enter them accurately into Oracle 11i. • Maintain customer files in compliance with AS9100 requirements. • Use customer portals when needed to manage orders or approvals. • Review contracts and coordinate with Engineering, Quality, and Legal for order approval and terms & conditions. • Track and expedite customer orders and provide timely updates. • Communicate customer issues, complaints, and changes in requirements to internal teams. • Attend production/WIP meetings and complete follow-up actions. • Perform export screenings and communicate ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations) and EAR (Export Administration Regulations) requirements as needed. • Support other CSRs and complete additional administrative tasks. What You'll Need • Must type at least 40 words per minute. • Strong written communication for quotes, emails, and customer documentation. • 3–5 years of experience in a fast-paced customer service or sales support role preferred. Candidates who have had recent managerial retail roles are strongly encouraged to apply. • Ability to organize and prioritize high-volume work with accuracy and urgency. • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently. • Strong Excel skills (required for quoting and data tracking). • Proven ability to multitask and meet deadlines. • Experience preparing quotes is a plus.
