Your Day at Lowe's As a Customer Service Associate, you will welcome customers to Lowe's and help them find the right products and services for their home improvement needs. You will interact with customers throughout the day, help them find and select products, occasionally load merchandise, and ensure all customer needs are met. While you will spend most of your time listening to customers, answering questions, and organizing merchandise, your daily responsibilities may vary by department. Whole Foods Stockers and Receivers receive and unload deliveries, stock shelves, rotate perishable inventory, check expiration dates, organize backroom inventory, build displays, and maintain clean work areas. Overnight shifts focus on stocking, inventory organization, and store setup to prepare for opening. This position typically pays $16–$18 per hour, and overnight shifts often include an additional $2–$4 per hour overnight pay differential.
