Now hiring dedicated and compassionate HHA's for the overnight shift to provide exceptional care and support to our clients. As a Home Care Aide, you will provide compassionate, non-medical support to individuals in their homes, helping them maintain independence and quality of life. Your responsibilities will include assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, meal preparation, and light housekeeping. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • HHA to assist and train patients/clients and families in activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, skin care, oral hygiene, toileting, and ensuring adequate nutritional intake. • HHA to assist with ambulation, transfers, and range of motion exercises. • Support incidental/instructional activities of daily living, including shopping, meal preparation, socialization, homemaking, and maintaining a clean, safe physical environment. • HHA to provide medication reminders as needed. • HHA to accurately document observations, activities, and services provided in a timely manner. • Complete mandatory in-services and submit requested documents to keep team member files up to date. • Respect and honor patient rights at all times. • Adhere to attendance protocol, reporting to work on time as scheduled and attending required training and team meetings. • Maintain a professional appearance and a positive, courteous demeanor while performing tasks. A criminal history background check and sex offender registry check will be required for the finalist under consideration for this position. Role Responsibilities • Inspect, diagnose, and repair vehicles to meet CarMax standards, with tasks aligned to your experience level. • Perform automotive services from basic maintenance to complex mechanical and electrical repairs. • Complete multi-point inspections and accurately document findings and completed work following established processes. • Repair or replace vehicle components such as trim, seals, and panels, supporting reconditioning efforts. • Assist with alignment, suspension, and performance diagnostics, gaining independence as your skills grow. • Uphold CarMax values of integrity, respect, transparency, and accountability while developing technical expertise and collaborate with teammates to meet production goals • Follow CarMax Environmental, Health and Safety (EH&S) requirements and maintain a clean and orderly work area. Required Qualifications • Basic to intermediate experience in automotive repair, including engines, brakes, suspension, or HVAC systems. • Knowledge of workplace safety protocols and compliance standards. • Ability to multitask in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. • Strong attention to detail with clear verbal and written communication skills. • Physical stamina and manual dexterity, including the ability to lift, walk, and stand for extended periods. • Valid driver's license required. The hourly rate for this position is: $18.00 - $35.40 Commissions: This position is eligible for commission.
