We supply the Marine Boating aftermarket with over 60,000 SKUs from a 100,000 sq ft office and warehouse located in Grimes, IA. We're looking for people to join our warehouse team!Our Grimes IA location is seeking dependable, efficient, detail-oriented warehouse team members. Warehouse associates are cross-trained and valued in order picking, order shipping, merchandise receiving and inventory control functions. Our warehouse utilizes a state-of-the-art paperless warehouse management system that guides and directs warehouse processes.Areas of assignment:Order pickingOrder packingProduct receivingInventory productionOther duties as assignedRequirements:Must be accurate, hardworking, and dependableComfortable working with computerized systemsAbility to work well in a busy fast-paced environmentMust be able to read, write, and communicate in EnglishAbility to stand and or walk for the duration of the scheduled shiftAbility to work mandatory overtime to support the cyclical nature of the businessAbility to squat, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, twist, reach, lift, push and pull on a frequent basisMust be able to lift and carry objects up to 30 lbs. frequently, up to 50 lbs. occasionally and over 50 lbs. with a two-person liftJob Types: Full TimePay: From $16.00 per hourWork Location: In person
