What You'll Do As a Team Member, you will: Work with a team-first attitude Communicate clearly, respectfully, and often Prepare and serve food according to Bigham's standards Build plates accurately and with attention to detail Keep your station clean, organized, and ready for service Follow food safety, health, and cleanliness standards Help with dishes, cleaning, restocking, and other tasks as needed Run food to guests and interact with customers in a friendly way Stay flexible and willing to help wherever the team needs you Slow down when needed to make sure the job is done right Represent Bigham's with a positive attitude and a spirit of service What We're Looking For A strong candidate is someone who is: Dependable and willing to show up ready to work Teachable and open to feedback Positive, respectful, and team-oriented Detail-oriented and willing to follow standards Able to work in a fast-paced environment Able to communicate well with teammates and guests Able to manage multiple tasks at once Able to stand for several hours at a time Able to lift, carry, or pull heavy objects when needed Willing to complete or maintain a Food Handler's Certification Schedule We offer flexible part-time schedules, making this a great fit for high school students, college students, homeschool students, and anyone looking for meaningful part-time work.
