Youth receive individualized treatment based on their needs, participating in individual, group, and family therapy, as well as life skills training, restorative justice practices, victim impact awareness, and pre-vocational preparation. Licensed professionals provide 24/7 care in small group living units, and a licensed dietitian oversees nutritional support to promote stabilization and successful reintegration into the community. Position Summary - Food Service Worker Job in Kissimmee, Florida We are hiring a Food Service Worker to support kitchen operations at Kissimmee Youth Academy. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in institutional or large-volume cooking who want to contribute to a positive, youth-focused environment. You will prepare meals, maintain cleanliness and safety standards, and help ensure nutritional needs are met within a secure residential facility. Regularly lift/move up to 50 pounds.
