Customer Service Representative I Region 8 - Prairie City-040 - Prairie City, IA 50228 Overview Position Type Part Time Education Level High School Description Summary: Receives and bills merchandise, accepts payment, waits on customer and assists location manager by performing the following duties. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Provides customer service in a timely manner via several means which include email, face to face interaction, telephone and live chat. • Bill products, receive payments, run scale, and track inventory. • Assist in resolving customer concerns, complaints and issues. • Assist location manager with maintaining grain, petroleum, feed and/or agronomy records. • Accept and record prepayment and bookings for products. • Price and process payment for commodities delivered by customers • Removes cash and reconciles amount of cash in register at end of day and prepares deposit. • Develops and maintains vast knowledge of the products and services being offered. • Exhibits self-motivation and the ability to multitask and pay close attention to small details. • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. • Must maintain a valid driver's license and commercial insurability at all times • Other duties as assigned by management.
