Iron Mountain is seeking a high-performing Warehouse Coordinator/Driver to join our operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating tasks for a team of associates to ensure the seamless movement of customer items. What You'll Do In this role, you will: • Lead the fulfillment of inbound, outbound, and transfer operations while coordinating tasks for teams of associates to meet daily targets. • Execute secure material handling, including loading, unloading, moving, weighing, and sorting a variety of items, to ensure efficient workflow. • Lead and promote all safety standards of conduct, including the safe handling of heavy items and the maintenance of a secure, organized warehouse environment. • 30%-40% you will safely and efficiently operate and maintain company vehicles, strictly ensuring adherence to all security and regulatory procedures. What You'll Bring The ideal candidate will have: • Professional Leadership: 3+ years of professional work experience, with at least 6 months in a dedicated team lead role. • Strong soft skills, including effective communication, meticulous attention to detail, proven team leadership, and creative problem-solving abilities. • Experience and comfort with a physical job that involves repetitive motions, frequent climbing, stooping, crouching, kneeling, pushing, reaching, and pulling warehouse equipment weighing between 75 - 100lbs. • Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds and sustain physical activity throughout the shift. • Minimum Age and License: Minimum age of 21 with a valid Driver's License and a consistently good driving record. Successfully meet the background check, drug screen, and DOT physical requirements. What We Offer (Benefits) • Approximate shift: 7am - 4pm, Monday - Friday. Skills and experience that will lead to success • 8 or more years of experience supporting CISO, CIO, technology executive, chief of staff function, transformation office, or enterprise security leadership team. • Experience working within a cybersecurity operations team or enterprise security team as a technical leader or leading security teams and programs. • Experience working across regions, cultures, and time zones in a matrixed global organization. • Significant leadership experience in cybersecurity, technology operations, engineering, enterprise program management, strategy, or a comparable complex global environment. • Proven success translating enterprise strategy into practical operating plans and measurable business outcomes. • Solid understanding of cybersecurity operations and engineering disciplines. Security operations, incident response, threat detection, threat intelligence, data protection, vulnerability management, identity, cloud security, and security platforms. • Demonstrable ability to lead large, multi-functional initiatives and influence senior collaborators across technical and business organizations. • Executive level proficiency in writing and speaking, including the ability to translate complex information into clear decisions, priorities, and actions. Data-driven mentality with the ability to use qualitative and quantitative insights to identify trends, challenge assumptions, and improve outcomes. • Experience developing executive reporting, portfolio governance, operating metrics, and performance management routines. • Exceptional judgment, discretion, and the ability to handle sensitive or confidential information. Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, global environment with competing priorities and ambiguity. • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in cybersecurity, information technology, engineering, business, or a related field; an advanced degree is advantageous. Relevant professional certifications in cybersecurity, risk, program management, or technology leadership are beneficial. Pay Transparency Laws: The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $111,000- $160,000 annually. This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon's annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary. The amount of any bonus varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
