We are a privately-owned, multi-billion-dollar company and operate 150+ warehouses & distribution centers in 37 states.Position Summary: Responsible for providing prompt and courteous customer service, stocking product on shelves, and maintaining clean and safe work areas throughout the warehouse.Essential Functions:Provides prompt, courteous, and friendly customer service.Removes boxes from pallets and places them on shelves as well as opens boxes and removes single items to re-stock shelvesOrganizes and front faces items on shelvesPerform the proper inspections to meet HACCP regulationsAssists in the review of inventory for product rotation daily to prevent shrinkage and damages.Ensures that shelf pricing is correct and reflects the most recent pricingFollows program to maintain the cleanliness of the warehouse by a regular maintenance schedule of scrubbing and pulling out pallets and cleaning underneath.Continuously reviews status of department floors for safety hazards. Job Description PBNA $30.16 / hour Position will deliver to all types of customers including Foodservice. Drives the delivery vehicle and delivers product to the store. Responsible for ongoing rotating and stocking of product on store shelves, displays, in coolers and vending equipment. Builds small displays and sets up promotional materials as pricing signs and banners. Generates invoice and is responsible for daily settlement of cash and charges. Has frequent interaction with store management and store receiving personnel for acceptance of load as required. This position requires lifting and loading cases ranging from 20-45 pounds repeatedly during work hours and pushing/pulling using from 40 - 150 pounds of force, occasionally. It also requires reaching, squatting and bending while delivering and merchandising products in the store. Logistics Coordinator The Logistics Coordinator provides overall direction throughout the Dedicated Fleet operation and provides operational assistance to the Project Manager wherever needed. Responsibilities include maintaining positive and encouraging working relations with all drivers, providing constant communications of service issues to appropriate personnel and departments, both internal and external, performing load planning, driver scheduling, and dispatch duties using both Dedicated Fleet and Common Carrier resources, coordinating daily data entry into NFI's proprietary order-management-system, TMW, coordinating with home-office invoicing team to ensure timely and accurate completion of weekly customer invoices, ensuring accurate and timely completion of daily and weekly tasks, providing weekly KPI/performance data reports to both internal and external parties, coordinating daily on scheduling truck and trailer maintenance, working with safety department on DriveCam, driver compliance and HOS issues, assisting Project Manager with implementing NFI's Safety, Security and Labor policies, assisting and providing coverage throughout departments during vacations, holidays if necessary, managing and maintaining driver payroll, auditing and approving driver expense reports, and providing assistance to Project Manager wherever needed.
