Drivers are responsible for operating a company delivery truck, delivering products to stores, unloading and stocking shelves and displays, rotating product to ensure freshness, building promotional displays, and maintaining positive relationships with store managers and staff. Drivers are also responsible for tracking inventory, completing route paperwork, and ensuring stores are properly stocked according to company merchandising standards. This position typically pays $60,000 to $75,000 per year, which is commonly equivalent to $28 to $36 per hour, with opportunities for overtime pay, performance bonuses, and route sales incentives based on sales volume and product displays.This role requires safely operating a delivery truck, following DOT regulations when applicable, loading and unloading product, and meeting delivery and stocking deadlines for assigned stores. Frito-Lay is seeking Warehouse Workers / Material Handlers to work in distribution centers loading, unloading, moving, and organizing snack products for delivery routes. Warehouse Workers are responsible for loading delivery trucks with product, unloading incoming shipments, moving product throughout the warehouse, picking and packing orders, building pallets, shrink-wrapping pallets, and using pallet jacks or forklifts to move product. Employees must follow company safety procedures, warehouse guidelines, and productivity standards to ensure orders are prepared accurately and on time. This position typically pays $18 to $26 per hour, with additional pay for overnight, weekend, and overtime shifts, and some locations may offer attendance bonuses, performance bonuses, and peak season incentives.Warehouse Workers are responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work area, scanning products into inventory systems, stacking and wrapping pallets, and preparing orders for delivery drivers. The Dispatcher is a crucial role and will be part of a team of 5 Dispatchers with the goal of maximizing scheduling so that we are continuously exceeding customer demands and satisfaction. Must be able to utilize creative thinking, strategic planning skills and teamwork to ensure all customers receive superior service. The ideal candidate will be able to enthusiastically rise to a challenge and coordinate a complex schedule that is very dynamic and always subject to conflict and change. We are looking for someone who is able to think outside the box and make quick decisions, but who can also work as part of a team to ensure we are providing outstanding customer service. Hours: Full time, 40 hours per week. Monday through Friday 7:30 am - 4 pm.
