This job processes returns and recalls related to distributed products and fills out necessary paperwork as needed. The Coordinator, Inventory Management plays a critical role in ensuring customer orders are filled on time and accurately. This job tracks the financial impact of inventory levels and frequently communicates cross functionally with internal teams.QualificationsHigh School diploma, GED or equivalent, or equivalent work experience, preferred.Experience with inventory management, stocking, and maintaining accurate inventory records preferred.Experience using scanners, warehouse systems, and basic computer applications preferred.Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to complete accurate documentation.Ability to safely operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks.Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Ability to routinely lift, move, bend, and transport products weighing up to 50 pounds in a fast-paced environmentCustomer/vendor credentialing is required (this may include vaccinations). Description:INSIDE SALES JOB OBJECTIVE: This position is responsible for working the inside sales desk, answering incoming calls, writing orders and sourcing products with a focus on improving customer satisfaction and relations.
