Sinclair has a great opportunity for you! We have an open position in our Advertising Support Operations department for the role of Inventory Specialist. The position is responsible for managing commercial advertisement inventory by using a variety of log editing and preempting techniques. Additionally, the Inventory Specialist communicates inventory oversell and availability to the station Sales Managers, while working to maximize daily inventory and revenue potential. General Responsibilities: • Verify commercial logs for accurate programming information, commercial content, product separation, advertiser separation, and extensive editing for on-air broadcast • Lead and effectively manage all advertising material to maximize inventory and revenue potential • Provide assistance as needed for all processes related to programming, generating sales reports, and working advanced inventory within established time parameters • Communicate inventory availability or programming conflicts to stations daily • Effectively work with other team members and managers in a professional manner • Other duties as assigned Responsibilities: • You must be computer literate, detail-oriented, dedicated and dependable • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment is essential • Excellent communication and organizational skills are also a must • Broadcast TV or radio experience is a plus but we will train the right candidate Sinclair is proud to be an equal opportunity employer and a drug free workplace. The hourly compensation range for this role is $18.50 to $19.10. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate's relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. Key Responsibilities • Conduct detailed comprehensive assessments of clients during initial sessions to identify their mental health needs and create tailored treatment plans that align with evidenced-based practices. • Provide therapy sessions via video conferencing software, employing various therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques to address a wide range of emotional and psychological issues. • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure that clients receive coordinated care that is holistic and effective, helping to bridge the gap between therapy, medication management, and support services. • Engage in crisis intervention strategies to support clients who may be experiencing acute distress or emergency situations, demonstrating therapeutic skills and empathetic communication. • Participate in community outreach events and educational initiatives tailored to promote mental health awareness, educate the public, and de-stigmatize mental health issues. Patient Population / Client Focus This role requires a commitment to serving a diverse client population that includes individuals from various ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds. You will work with clients facing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Qualifications • Possession of an independent and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Specialist Clinical Social Worker (LSCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist (LCMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD). • A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required for this position. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to establish rapport and maintain therapeutic relationships with clients. • Demonstrated cultural competence and sensitivity to effectively support individuals from various diverse backgrounds. • Strong organizational and time-management skills to ensure accurate and timely documentation within our electronic health record (EHR) systems. Preferred Experience • Experience within a community mental health setting or familiarity with telehealth service delivery is highly preferred. • A solid understanding of mental health diagnoses and treatment protocols. • Proficiency in using teletherapy platforms and EHR systems to provide seamless service delivery.
