As a Delivery Driver, you will be provided with a company van and a company phone to assist with GPS navigation and communication. Your responsibilities include loading your delivery vehicle, safely operating a Sprinter Van with a weight rating of up to 10,000 pounds, following all safety regulations, and using GPS and electronic devices for navigation and communication. Drivers must be able to work independently, follow detailed instructions without constant supervision, maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment, and provide excellent customer service in all conditions, including varying weather and traffic. Drivers can work full-time (typically 4 days a week, 10-hour shifts) or part-time (typically 2 days a week, 10-hour shifts). You are expected to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, in order to interact with the public, respond to official inquiries, and complete logs and reports accurately. You must also be able to maintain a positive, professional attitude with customers, coworkers, managers, and Amazon employees. General responsibilities include adhering to strict safety and quality standards, completing safety inspections on your company vehicle, following all local and state driving laws, maintaining a clean, fueled, and operational vehicle, assisting other drivers with rescue routes when needed, and performing additional tasks at the delivery station as assigned. Flexibility is important, as routes and schedules may change due to traffic, weather, or peak seasons. This is a physical job that requires delivering packages weighing up to 50 pounds, stepping in and out of the van safely throughout your shift. Physical duties also include walking, lifting, bending, reaching overhead, kneeling, crouching, twisting, and stretching during shifts up to 10 hours long. You must be able to lift, push, pull, and sort boxes weighing up to 50 pounds, climb stairs frequently, deliver packages safely and efficiently, and maintain reliable attendance for all scheduled shifts. Description Site Safety Manager: 100% Nationwide Travel Join Hanwha Qcells USA Corp and support the build of utility-scale solar and energy storage projects across the U.S. This is an evergreen posting for future project needs across our solar and BESS EPC portfolio. We are actively building a pipeline of qualified Site Safety Managers to support upcoming work. IMPORTANT: Travel & Relocation Requirement • 100% nationwide travel is required • You will relocate to project sites for 8–12 months at a time • This is a fully on-site, field-based role • Candidates must be comfortable with a project-to-project travel lifestyle SUMMARY This is an evergreen opportunity supporting upcoming solar and BESS EPC projects across the U.S. Site Safety Managers are placed on project sites for the duration of the build (typically 8–12 months) and then transition to the next project. This is onsite, working on the project site, working hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:00am to 5:00pm local time or other working hours the site may establish. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTION & RESPONSIBILITIES • Work with site EPC personnel to implement and manage a proactive behavior-based approach to Health & Safety. This includes a strong emphasis on personal responsibility, incident prevention and a management systems approach to compliance. • Supports the development of H&S policies, programs and procedures to establish a culture of health and safety. • Ensures compliance with all regulatory bodies and standards (including OSHA, EPA, etc.). • Continuously evaluating employees and contractors practices, procedures to assess and reduce risks for the benefit of employees and contractors. • Lead accident or mishap investigations to identify causes and recommend improvement opportunities and preventive and corrective measures. • Visit work areas to conduct safety audits on personnel, equipment, materials and adherence to work requirements. Perform periodic safety and health risk assessments and compliance audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
