Material HandlerWe are currently looking for a Material Handler to join our VALUES based organization. In this role you will focus on:Responsibilities and Essential Functions:Receive, audit, inspect, ID and put away incoming material to proper locationsMaintain housekeeping and organization in warehouse and other material location areaMaintain correct inventories by moving materials in computer when physically moving materialsAssists assigning production areas when not moving materialsEnsure the product and or materials meet quality expectationsNotify supervisor of improvement opportunitiesSupport area needs to remove empty pallets, trash and recycle type materialsClean all parts and pieces using sandpaper, acetone on a cloth rag, or using air hose to blow off dust in tough to reach areas to ensure parts and pieces are ready to be paintedService the pre-finish line with needed material components (loading paint carts with frame parts and door's)Assist pre-finish line area with removal of completed product to go to build prep and or stretch-wrap machineStage completed and stretch wrapped door products into shipping staging lanes by loadsLoad trucks with finished door products per direction of Production ManagerResponsible for adhering to forklift, operational, quality and safety guidelinesPerform other duties as assignedFirst and Second Shifts available!POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:Communicates Effectively - Creates open channels of communication, adapts message to fit the audience, expresses ideas clearly and concisely, keeps others well informed; listens carefully to input and feedbackCustomer Driven - Provides outstanding customer service (to both internal and external customers); follows through on responsibilities to customers; leaves all customers satisfiedDemonstrates Inclusion - Demonstrates understanding and respect for people of all backgroundsDrives Quality - Work is correct and error free within company policies and guidelines, checks quality of the work before passing it along, passionate in ensuring that customer receives a quality and correct product/serviceSafety Orientation - Follows safety policies and procedures, identifies and corrects safety hazards, encourages others to work safetyDrives Results - Demonstrates the ability to get results despite large workload, competing demands and a fast-paced environment; performed all tasks in job description in a highly effective manner, creative and innovative and drives process improvementsProduct/Job Knowledge - Demonstrates a high level of knowledge of job, products, services and procedures. About this role: • The Commercial Loan Officer (CLO) is responsible for developing new business, broadening existing relationships, underwriting, structuring, closing of commercial loans, as well as maintaining and managing an existing portfolio. • The Commercial Loan Officer represents the bank in the local community through active participation in community affairs and participates in marketing all of the Bank's products and services. • The CLO is responsible for their portfolio from “Cradle to Grave” In this role you will: • Support the Bank's “People First” focus and rules of engagement—maintaining a professional demeanor, working as an active member of the CNOB team, providing all clients excellent service, always striving to make CNOB “A Better Place to Be”. • Source, develop and underwrite new loans, interim and permanent mortgages and lines of credit for new and existing clients, including collecting and analyzing information regarding the client's income, assets, investments and/or debts. • Maximize bank profitability through appropriate pricing of new loan originations, fee income and selling of all bank products and services; advising clients regarding the advantages and disadvantages of different financial products. • Negotiate terms, structure loan financing based on risk analysis and present credits for approval to appropriate levels of authority with the bank as required. • Ensure all activities, transactions and records are in compliance with operational, security and control procedures of the Bank, preventing fraud and protecting customer assets. • Handle client service issues by conducting research, taking ownership, and daily follow up (as necessary) until conclusion. • Review and negotiate all loan documentation for any given transaction.
