Making every customer interaction count! This role supports users across voice and chat delivering a consistent experience across all channels. This role is strictly onsite. All hires must be willing to work at 105 Live Oaks Gardens, Casselberry, FL 32707. • Provide timely responses via live chat,and phone. • Resolve issues efficiently and with empathy, maintaining professionalism at all times. • Deliver exceptional customer service with passion and dedication. • Drive continuous improvements to enhance the customer experience. • Keep client cases accurate, current, and organized. • Maintain strict confidentiality in all interactions. • Complete all required training and apply knowledge to support clients effectively.
