You'll be:** + Processing all types of daily incoming and outgoing work orders, including rush orders, using handheld barcode scanners + Investigating and resolving order discrepancies and preparing orders for shipment + Scanning and tracking all incoming containers, files, and tapes, and notifying supervisors of any discrepancies + Retrieving and shelving files, cartons, and tapes in accordance with company policies and timelines + Handling internal moves, permanent withdrawals, and participating in special projects as needed + Lifting and moving boxes weighing up to 65 lbs (average 25-35 lbs) **This job might be an outstanding fit if you:** + Have a high school diploma or equivalent (required) + Are experienced in inventory, warehouse, or records management roles (preferred) + Can comfortably lift and move boxes weighing up to 65 lbs and are able to wear steel-toed boots on the job + Are detail-oriented, dependable, and able to follow safety procedures **What happens next** Once you apply, you'll proceed to next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
