This is a temporary, remote position based on hurricane-related customer support needs. In this role, you will help customers during challenging circumstances by providing responsive, compassionate service and resolving a range of inquiries. You will use customer service best practices and account management systems to provide efficient solutions and help improve the customer experience during a difficult time. Physical Requirements This job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset.
