StockerCompany: Jetro / Restaurant Depot Location: 4538 South Sheridan Rd, Tulsa, OK 74145 Job Type: Full-time Sector: WarehousePosition Summary: Responsible for providing prompt and courteous customer service, stocking products on shelves, and maintaining aisles clean.Essential Functions:Provides prompt, courteous and friendly customer service.Removes boxes from pallets and places them on shelves as well as opens boxes and removes single items to re-stock shelvesRotates merchandise in order to make sure the product does not expire on shelves.Organizes and front faces items on shelvesPerform the proper inspections to meet HACCP regulationsAssists in the review inventory for product rotation on a daily basis to prevent shrinkage and damages.Ensures that shelf pricing is correct and reflects the most recent pricing and market conditions.Follows program to maintain the cleanliness of the area by a regular maintenance schedule of scrubbing, and pulling out pallets and cleaning underneath.Continuously reviews status of floor for safety hazards. Promptly and safely handles any spills and removes any trash such as plastic wrap, plastic ties, pieces of wood or any other trash gets immediately removed from the floor and discarded appropriately.Promptly informs supervisors of any low stock/out of stock merchandiseOther Responsibilities:Performs other work-related duties as required and assigned.May be required to work in other departments as needed.Education, Experience and Skills Required:Ability to communicate with customers, co-workers and supervisorsBasic reading and math skills.Commitment to company values and strong customer service orientation.Physical Requirements:Must wear steel toe bootsLift/Carry Abilities (measured for maximum or average load)Lift strength (0"- 60") – 50 lbsOverhead lift strength – 50 lbsCarry strength (50' or less) – 50 lbsFrequent lift/carry (> 12x/hour) – 50 lbsConstant lift/carry (> 30x/hr) – 20 lbsHorizontal push/pull strength – 500 lbsPhysical Aptitudes (rated based on level of skill involved)Agility/dynamic balance 80-100%Finger dexterity – 80-100%Manual dexterity – 80 – 100%Posture Tolerance (rated based on frequency or time involved)Stand/walk – constantlyReach above shoulder level – occasionallyTwist/turn head – constantlyBend over/stoop – frequentlyClimb steps/ladder – occasionallyKneel/squat - occasionallyWork Environment:Temperature is mostly moderate but includes exposure to refrigerated and freezer area. Essential Work Functions: • Evaluate patients' physical conditions using standardized tests, clinical examinations, and patient history to identify functional limitations and treatment need • Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessment findings and patient goals • Implement physical therapy treatment plans using various techniques to improve patient mobility and reduce pain • Operate specialized physical therapy equipment and modalities safely and effectively, ensuring proper maintenance and calibration of devices • Assess patient progress, adjust treatment plans as necessary, and accurately document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record • Work closely with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care and optimize treatment outcomes • Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs, proper body mechanics, injury prevention strategies, and self-management techniques to promote long-term functional recovery • Maintain a safe treatment environment by adhering to infection control protocols, safety guidelines, and regulatory standards while addressing patients' comfort needs during therapy sessions • Engage in quality assurance initiatives and professional development activities to remain current with best practices in physical therapy • Collaborate in discharge planning to ensure smooth transitions and continued patient progress in community or home-based settings • Perform other duties as assigned within scope of practice Required Essential Skills: • Critical thinking, service excellence, and good interpersonal communication skills • The ability to read, write, and communicate in the English language • Ability to read/comprehend written instructions, follow verbal instructions, and proficiency in PC skills • Physical Abilities- Must be able to remain in a stationary position, move about, move equipment (50-100lbs), push, pull, and bend • Interpersonal Skills- Must be able to work effectively with a variety of personnel (professional and ancillary) to present a positive attitude and professionalism • Technical/Motor Skills- Must have the ability to grasp, perform fine manipulation, push/pull, and move about when assisting with procedures and/or using department equipment • Mental Requirements- Must be able to cope with frequent contact with the general public and customers while meeting deadlines under pressure.
