Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalen. • Proven experience as a general laborer or in a similar role for 1 to 2 years. • Ability to perform physical tasks, including heavy lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. • Knowledge of safe work practices and handling materials safely. • Basic understanding of tools and equipment used in general labor tasks. • Strong work ethic and ability to work effectively in a team environment. • Good communication skills and a positive attitude. • Punctual and reliable with dependable transportation • Experience using hand and power tools • Experience working in a team-based production environment.
