This is a working manager role that actively participates in guest service, beverage and food production, and team support during peak periods.CompensationBase Hourly Rate: $18.75 to $28.00 per hourBilingual Pay Differential+ $1.00 per hour for employees who speak English and at least one additional language (besides Spanish) and are approved by management as actively using bilingual skills in the workplace.+ $2.00 per hour for employees who speak English and Spanish and are approved by management as actively using bilingual skills in the workplace.Overtime: paid at 1.5x hourly rate for all hours over 40 per week, including the bilingual differential in the regular rate calculation.Tips: eligible to earn and accumulate tips while on the clock during direct service work (cash, credit/digital tips, tip pool if applicable).
