Minimum Qualifications Required: • Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and progressive construction leadership experience. • Minimum 15 years of Superintendent experience managing heavy industrial and other process-intensive industrial projects construction projects including structural concrete, and civil excavation projects valued at $50 million or more. • Proven track record delivering complex construction projects. • Thorough knowledge of applicable building, life-safety, and construction codes, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. • Strong understanding of construction contracts, project scheduling methodologies, budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and resource planning. • Demonstrated ability to review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, submittals, RFIs, and other contract documents to ensure successful project execution. • Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and field leadership teams simultaneously. Preferred: • Experience leading large-scale projects exceeding $100 million in total construction contract value, on projects with multi-hundred million dollar to billion dollar plus TIC (total installed cost). • Experience leading field construction on large, complex heavy industrial capital projects, including power generation (combined cycle, simple cycle, RICE, etc.), chemical and petrochemical facilities, refineries, LNG facilities, mining, and/or other process-intensive industrial projects. • OSHA 30 certification or equivalent safety training. • Experience with construction management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms.
