That means adapting "security by design" and "security by default" to eachcontext andmaking the architecture trade-off calls within scope. Threat modeling follows the same philosophy: lead it portfolio-wide, adjust depth and technique to the system at hand, and make sure every model is defensible, evidence-based, and tied directly to design decisions.AI adds a new frontier, and this role meets it head-on! That means integrating AI securely into in-scope platforms and applying Software Security AI frameworks.This also meansadvocating forAI capabilities that strengthen the team's security outcomes.It means threat-modelingand thinking like an attacker. Technical judgment ties it together.Coordinating Security SMEs, in areas like cryptography and identity. At release or delivery, this lead presents the prioritized list of unmitigated security risks, giving partners clear insight into residual posture.Finally, impact gets measured, not assumed. Defining and leading all aspects of the security engineering metrics that drive the portfolio, including risk reduction, mean time to remediate, security debt, and developer adoption, turns data into sharper decisions.Minimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience), plus7+ years of experience in software/application security, secure software development, or security engineering, including a senior or lead role.Proven experience leading threat modeling and secure design/architecture reviews for complex software systems, including AI- and LLM-enabled features.Demonstrated experience interpreting SAST, DAST, and SCA results and translating findings into risk-based, evidence-backed remediation guidance,including forcloud-native applications and modern CI/CD pipelines (e.g., containers, Kubernetes).Validated ability to influence engineering and product leadership and drive security outcomes across teams without direct authority.Preferred QualificationsDepth in one or more specialized areas: identity and access management,cryptography, data security, enterprise application security, or software supply chain security (including SBOM generation, artifact signing, and SLSA-aligned practices).Experience partnering with internal information technology, operations, or platform engineering teams on enterprise applications and workflow/automation platforms.Experience defining and using security metrics to influence roadmap and investment decisions.Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CSSLP, CCSP, or GIAC.Why Cisco?At Cisco, we're revolutionizing how data and infrastructure connect and protect organizations in the AI era – and beyond. We provide a small caseload (8-10 clients) which enables our Family Therapists to really help families and children, focusing on the clinical work and genuinely making a difference. Duties & Responsibilities • FFT Therapists conduct assessments and provide direct clinical treatment using methods compatible with Functional Family Therapy (FFT) principles and practices, documenting treatment efforts in a clear and concise manner to meet contract requirements and Eckerd policies. • Therapists will provide, at a minimum, weekly one-hour, home based family therapy sessions to clients for families who have adolescents between the ages of 10 and 17 using the FFT model and will be required to carry a caseload of 10-12 families, providing services an average of 12 weeks. • Conduct FFT assessment including review of referral information, identifying, and engaging key participants, identifying systemic strengths and weaknesses, and developing an analysis of the fit of problem behaviors within the ecological context. Utilize the Strengths and Needs Assessment (SNA) both at the on-set of treatment and at discharge. SNA must be administered within 72 hours of client intake. • Engage primary caregiver and other key participants in active change-oriented treatment by identifying and overcoming barriers to engagement. Identify nature of family relationships; risk and protective factors of each family member and the impact behavior patterns have on the family. • Implement a problem conceptualization, treatment planning, intervention implementation, and outcome review and strategy revision procedure using the FFT Analytic Process. • Develop an individualized service plan or update any pre-existing plan a youth/family may be working on at the time of referral. Ensure involvement of youth and family in the plan development. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree from an accredited College or University in a licensable academy field such as Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related subject area. Masters degree preferred. • Licensure as a Social Worker, Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, or Licensed Professional Counselor preferred. • 2 years of applicable full-time work or intern experiences with delinquency population, including individual, group or family counseling required. Preferred at least 2 years of in-home service and previous experience with FFT. • Hybrid position- set up with an office from your home for case management, but also have an office available to use as needed in Wichita and Pittsburg.
