Patient Care Coordinator - REMOTE We are seeking a dedicated Patient Care Coordinator - REMOTE, Must live within the US for our Sleep Central (After Hours Call Center) Murray, KY Operations. In this position you will be responsible for contacting all patients regarding delivery of equipment, taking patient orders, verifying patient information and placing the order in a timely manner. Schedules vary and can be discussed during the interview process. • Accurately transcribes patient profile over telephone including data entry of information and possible outbound calling • Obtains medically necessary documentation • Processes patient orders through On-line Pharmacy system • Resolves tracking issues and reschedules shipping orders for patients • Troubleshoots problems based on patient input regarding the scope and/or magnitude of failure • Verifies orders are complete • Performs other duties as assigned Employment is contingent on • Background check (company-wide). Psychiatry physician employment in Kansas : Tele Consult-Liaison Psychiatrist Location: Kansas, Remote 7on/7off Schedule POSITION OVERVIEW: We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Consult Liaison Psychiatrist (MD/DO) to provide telehealth psychiatric care for patients of all ages in Kansas. This role offers a flexible schedule and is ideal for a provider interested in providing consult liaison services for a hospital setting. This role supports ED and inpatient teams by delivering timely psychiatric assessments, treatment recommendations, and care coordination. This Consult-Liaison Psychiatrist role is currently classified as a 1099 contractor position with a pay per patient model, but IPC is open to discussion of other contract models.
