Maintain storage area for Team Members personal belongings. Issues new uniforms to Team Members. Process uniform items for cleaning. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB: • Knowledge of departmental Guest Service Standards. • Knowledge of department Policy and Procedures. • Knowledge of casino promotions. • Stock and issue uniforms. • Assist newly hired and terminating employees with uniforms. • Count supplies of uniforms in stock and post total to inventory records. • Compare inventories to computer records. • Compute figures from records such as sales orders, production records, or purchase invoices. • Sort, count and record soiled uniforms sent to laundry and cleaners and received from the laundry and cleaners. • Adjust errors in count and investigate and report reasons for discrepancies. • Prepare computerized reports such as inventory balance, price lists and shortages. • Maintain a clean and safe work environment. • Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements: Required skills and knowledge: • 1 year of related experience to include experience with computerized inventories. • Ability to read, analyze and interpret inventory reports and documents. • Basic math skills. • Basic computer skills. • Pass NRWC pre-employment testing. • Ability to work all shifts including weekends and holidays. • Ability to obtain a Class II Gaming License. Preferred skills and knowledge: • Working knowledge of power sewing machine operation, minor alterations, hems and repairs. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: • Ability to climb up and down a ladder while retrieving and stocking garments. • Ability to reach up to a height of 69" while lifting items up to 30 pounds. • Ability to stand for entire shift. • Manual and finger dexterity for operation of personal computer and routine paperwork. • Ability to tolerate a noisy, smoke-filled environment.
