Work Schedule & Benefits • Full-time schedule, standard first shift hours Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm • Overtime may be required based on production needs. • Paid Time off after 90 days • Benefits available after 60 days: Health, Dental and Life Insurance Essential Duties and Responsibilities • Install interior trim components including baseboards, door and window casing and crown molding. • Measure, cut, fit, and secure trim materials using hand and power tools. • Perform finish work to meet appearance, fit, and quality standards. • Read and follow work instructions, layouts, and basic blueprints. • Coordinate work with framing, electrical, plumbing, and finishing teams. • Maintain clean, safe, and organized work area and follow safety standards. • Meet production schedules while maintaining high-quality workmanship. Qualifications • Must be 18 years of age or older. • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. • Basic math and measurement skills • Ability to work safely in a manufacturing or construction environment. • Prior construction or framing experience required. Preferred Qualifications: • High school diploma or GED. • Experience working in a team-based production environment.
