Labcorp is seeking a *Phlebotomist* to join our team in *Chehalis, WA* *Work Schedule:* Monday - Friday 7:00am - 4:00pm; additional hours and rotating Saturday's as needed *Job Responsibilities: * * Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups * Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests etc. * Perform data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely manner * Process billing information and collect payments when required * Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis * Maintain patient and specimen information logs * Provide superior customer service to all patients * Administrative and clerical duties as necessary * Travel to additional sites when needed *Minimum Qualifications* * Valid Washington State-issued Phlebotomy License *Preferred Qualifications: * * 1 or more years of phlebotomy experience * 6 or more months of current or prior Labcorp experience in phlebotomy *Additional Job Standards: * * In lieu of state license requirement listed above, an application for a phlebotomy license filed with the WA Department of Health at time of hire may meet license requirement. * Able to pass a standardized color blindness test * Flexibility to work overtime as needed * Exceptional customer service * Strong communication skills; both written and verbal * Ability to work independently or in a team environment * Comfortable working under minimal supervision At PAML a Labcorp company we have a passion for helping people live happy and healthy lives.
