Responsibilities include performing product release and in- process control tests, conducting stability tests, maintaining and calibrating analytical equipment, managing sample administration in SAP/LIMS, and performing root cause analyses for nonconformities. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Perform order adjustments, repicks, inventory transfers, inventory adjustments, and quantity corrections to maintain inventory accuracy and resolve allocation issues. Monitor, research, and resolve allocation, receiving, stocking, and inventory discrepancies within the warehouse management system and Problem Resolution (Orders) programs. Research and correct item number, location, receiving, and keying errors by comparing physical inventory against system inventory. Conduct daily audits of outbound parcels, inbound license plates, damage locations, and warehouse inventory to verify inventory numbers and accurate operations. Perform trimester cycle counts, quarterly return department verification audits, and monthly critical supply inventories while following O'Reilly inventory control procedure. Process and reconcile stray parts and relabel / changeover projects. Perform all job functions associated with factory stock adjustments, factory stock lifts, final sweeps and recalls. Perform slotting assignments by maintaining accurate rule sets, location assignments, dimensional data, and safe product weight placement throughout the distribution center. Walk the distribution center to locate missing freight, investigate inventory discrepancies, or resolve issues related to Not Expected and Max Quantity Receive errors if applicable. Make necessary inventory corrections and batch receipt adjustments within warehouse management systems to ensure accurate inventory records. Communicate inventory discrepancies, dimensional concerns, max cap issues, and receiving problems to leadership teams. Request repair and replacement of RF units, Vocollect equipment, and other operational devices to support workflow continuity. Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas while following all operational, quality, and safety procedures while identifying unsafe practices or conditions. Assist with maintaining inventory accuracy, distribution center shrinks goals, and operational performance metrics. Perform all other duties as assigned. SKILLS/EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE • Ability to accurately match numerical and alphabetical information. • Follows established operational, safety, and quality procedures. • Maintain safe work environment, including but not limited to safely lifting, moving, and handling merchandise. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory research and reconciliation processes. • Willingness to learn warehouse systems, RF technology, and operational processes. • Desired: Experience working in a warehouse environment. • Familiarity with inventory audits, cycle counts, and inventory adjustment processes. • Experience operating warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, or voice-picking equipment. • Experience working within productivity, quality, or performance-driven environments. • Proficiency in one or more additional languages. Essential Duties Monitor, track and perform extensive data entry of each individual case from filing to disposition and beyond. Process dispositions of cases, including entering disposition code, and mailing various forms. Recognize documents that are sealed by statute. Seal documents and files as ordered by the court. Data entry for court documents and prepare for imaging. Initiate efficient procedures for processing and docketing cases. Process motions and orders, including file marking documents, entering into the computer, obtaining judge's signature, and sending copies to the attorney, defendant, and probation department. Process dispositions of cases, including closing out file once plea has been heard or judgment received, sending certified copies of the judgment or commitment papers to the Criminal District Attorney's office, probation department, submitting payment of court appointed attorney to County Auditor, and entering disposition information in the computer. Docket incoming transfer cases; number all documents. Issue subpoenas, including receiving state or defense applications for subpoenas, preparing and sending subpoenas to the sheriff or private process server, and entering into the computer. Attend and assists the court with juvenile pleas. Act as liaison between district clerk, judge, attorneys, court personnel and all other interested parties. As official custodian of record, testify in court. Ensure each case is properly prepared for court. Pull files for announcements, appearances, and juvenile pleadings. Prepare juvenile CR-43J forms for Department of Public Safety to be submitted online. Research files. Perform other duties as requested by the District Clerk.
