About the Role Charlie Health is hiring exceptional candidates with a Masters degree in mental health and previous work experience facilitating groups to provide remote, telehealth services to our adolescent and young adult clients. We're eager to work with forward-thinking mental health professionals to enhance our programming and provide the best possible care to our clients. Our clients are struggling to cope with underlying mental health issues and benefit from therapists that are sophisticated and relational. Responsibilities Complete all Onboarding requirements within 2 weeks of start date Meet with your assigned Charlie Health Group Quality Supervisor or Group Quality Director at a minimum of 1x/month for required check-in Respond to all email and Slack communication promptly (within 48 hours of receiving a communication) Review the curriculum aligned to group assignment prior to group start time Arrive ~10 minutes early to scheduled group time and facilitate all groups for the entirety of the hour Facilitate groups following Charlie Health best practices and using assigned and most up to date Charlie Health curriculum Facilitate groups across age groups and cohorts, including Integrative curriculum, Support Staffing and Wellness Hour as needed Foster client engagement and group cohesion throughout the session, encouraging client participation and fostering camera-on culture Following all operational policies and procedures as indicated by Charlie Health best practices Participate in collaborative Treatment Team (Tuesdays) and Group Supervision (every other Friday) with your assigned Charlie Health Group Quality Supervisor or Group Quality Director, peers and other Clinical Leadership team members Work collaboratively and respectfully across the care team including with Primary Therapists, Care Experience Specialists and Care Coaches Communicate clearly, professionally, and promptly with all clients, staff, families, agencies, and referents Monitor your treatment documentation to ensure all of your notes are completed within required 24 hour timeframe and meet agency and professional standards per DHCS and The Joint Commission standards Maintain and model professional ethics, including appropriate boundaries and confidentiality Other duties as assigned Requirements Must be available during late afternoons and evenings on weekdays (3-8pm MT on Monday to Thursday) and on Saturdays to meet the schedules of our adolescent and young adult clients Master's degree in mental health or related field required (see below for full list) Experience working with youth and young adults Well versed in a variety of modalities and feel confident integrating them into your treatment approach (DBT, CBT, EMDR, MI certification is a plus) Passionate about the benefits of group treatment and skilled in conducting group treatment Ability to work effectively in a team Creative and engaging, especially over video! Environmental Consultant Merjent, Inc. (Merjent) is seeking an Environmental Consultant in Texas. In this full-time position, the Environmental Consultant will support environmental permitting, regulatory compliance, and environmental review for energy infrastructure projects, with aprimary focus on Texas and opportunities to support projects in other regions where Merjent's clients operate. This role will support a variety of projects, including natural gas, electric transmission, and other energy-related developments, by coordinating permit acquisitions, conducting environmental analyses, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Preference will be given to candidates located in Texas, particularly within a one-hour drive of Houston, to support client coordination, agency engagement, field activities, and project needs throughout the state. This is a full-time benefits eligible opportunity that can be based remotely in Texas. The anticipated annual salary for this position is between $79,400 and $136,500 annually, depending upon qualifications and experience. This position is also bonus eligible. Responsibilities • Manage projects and tasks associated with environmental review, permitting, and compliance services for clients in the energy sector (natural gas pipelines and/or electric transmission lines and associated facilities). • Support projects that involve analysis of the environmental impacts of proposed energy projects, including analyses to support development of project-specific applications and permit approvals. • Coordinate with federal, state, and local agencies regarding permitting and compliance requirements. • Potential to conduct biological field surveys and associated internal and external reporting. • Potential to conduct stormwater inspections and necessary reporting. • Supporting administrative functions as needed, including document production and technical editing of large, detailed documents. • Work with internal project and task managers and external clients in a manner that is consistent with Merjent's reputation for excellence. Qualifications and Experience • B.A. or B.S. in environmental science or environmental studies, environmental engineering, water resources, geology, biology, natural resources, or a closely related field. • 3-5 years of environmental permitting experience, with preference for work completed in the energy industry. • 3-5 years of experience or familiarity with permitting processes through the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES), U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, State Historic Preservation Offices, or other federal, state, or local regulatory agencies. • 1-2 years of experience or familiarity with project management and/or deputy project management preferred. • Strong initiative-taker with excellent organizational, problem-solving, and task management skills. • Ability to adapt quickly and work well under pressure, both in large teams and one-on-one. • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. • Detail-oriented with the ability to analyze, organize, and interpret data from multiple sources and translate that information into direct, easy to understand written deliverables. • Willing to travel domestically as needed (5-50%), including for field work. The Dispatcher is a crucial role and will be part of a team of 5 Dispatchers with the goal of maximizing scheduling so that we are continuously exceeding customer demands and satisfaction. Must be able to utilize creative thinking, strategic planning skills and teamwork to ensure all customers receive superior service. The ideal candidate will be able to enthusiastically rise to a challenge and coordinate a complex schedule that is very dynamic and always subject to conflict and change. We are looking for someone who is able to think outside the box and make quick decisions, but who can also work as part of a team to ensure we are providing outstanding customer service. Hours: Full time, 40 hours per week. Monday through Friday 7:30 am - 4 pm.
