The position is responsible for managing commercial advertisement inventory by using a variety of log editing and preempting techniques. Additionally, the Inventory Specialist communicates inventory oversell and availability to the station Sales Managers, while working to maximize daily inventory and revenue potential. As a Customer Service Associate, you will welcome customers to Lowe's and help them find the right products and services for their home improvement needs. You will interact with customers throughout the day, help them find and select products, occasionally load merchandise, and ensure all customer needs are met. While you will spend most of your time listening to customers, answering questions, and organizing merchandise, your daily responsibilities may vary by department.
