Construction Safety Manager ERM is hiring a Construction Safety Manager onsite at a key technology client's Data Center construction project in Abilene, Texas. In this critical role, you will be responsible for establishing, implementing, managing, and continuously improving the safety programs. The Construction Safety Manager will have broad knowledge of Safety compliance programs and, where required, Safety specialty areas. This is a tactical role for site-wide Safety systems, Safety regulations, and best practices. This is a full-time (50+ hours a week), limited-term role for a duration of 12 months, extendable. Responsibilities: • Champion a strong safety culture across the site and maximize personnel involvement in Safety related activities. • Provide timely, high quality safety technical support. • Carry out regular workplace inspections to monitor compliance with site rules, procedures, etc. • Coordinate the completion of job safety analyses, risk assessments and pre-task plans. • Prepare and submit local, state, and internal reports as needed. • Review and track investigations of injuries, illnesses, environmental releases, non-injury accidents and near-misses to ensure that they are effective, and that they identify and resolve root causes. Lead investigations into serious adverse events. Monitor and analyze safety performance and initiate action to support or correct trends. • Coordinate local business continuity, emergency response, and crisis management plans. Develop and test the plans. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in safety, occupational health, engineering, or related degree is preferred. • Minimum 5 years' experience with H&S in the construction industry, 2 years of data center construction project experience preferred. CHST/CSP certification a plus. • Proficient with the management of high-risk activities including electrical safety, excavation, fall protection, material handling, and crane operations. • Experienced in communicating and problem solving as a team with sub-contractors is required. • A background and knowledge working with specific trades such as electricians, ironworkers, pipefitters etc. is a plus. • Understanding of the complexities of multi-employer worksites. • Experienced trainer on construction safety topics and comfortable working with a wide variety of trades. • Demonstrated experience conducting construction site safety audits and inspections. • Experience conducting incident investigations and can follow reporting processes. • Excellent written and verbal communicator who understands the importance of timely communications and reporting.

Aircraft Mechanic III (Repair And Reclamation Inspector) Specialty: Repair and Reclamation Location: Dyess AFB 7th MXG, TX Employment Type: Full-Time | Onsite Clearance: Secret | CAC required Provides support of Organizational, Intermediate, and Depot (OID) level maintenance functions to facilitate comprehensive aviation maintenance in support of B-1B maintenance at Dyess AFB in accordance with the Air Force Aviation Maintenance Programs, applicable technical data, and federal contract requirements. Senior-level aircraft mechanic supporting B-1B OID maintenance operations. Essential Functions • 800 hour, 400 hour, and 200 hour Phase Inspections; Hourly Post Flight Inspections (HPOs); Time Compliance Technical Orders (TCTO); one time inspection (OTI), and time change item (TCI) replacement. • Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance including repair of delayed discrepancies on the B-1 aircraft's structural, avionics, hydraulic, electrical, and propulsion, flight control, landing gear systems • Install Depot-level TCTOs, T1, and T2 Mods • Inspect and repair structural components, both on and off, the aircraft utilizing metal, plastic, and advanced composite materials within the scope and qualification • Aircraft wash and corrosion control operations on the B-1 aircraft's structural, avionics, hydraulic, electrical, and propulsion systems. • Provide flight line operations support including aircraft tows, pre/post-flights, aircraft servicing, engine runs, and flight line support • Compliance with applicable aircraft technical data (Work Cards, Job Guides, Technical Orders, etc. ) and/or other pertinent instructions such as but not limited to Engineering Technical Assistance Requests (ETARs) and local MXG instructions • Correct utilization of all applicable technical documentation in the performance of all tasks and document discrepancies identified, parts ordered and maintenance tasks completed in Integrated Maintenance Data System (IMDS). • Troubleshoot, remove/install, and transport to/from aircraft as required, classified Line Replaceable Units (LRUs)/components IAW established procedures. Duties • Perform complex aircraft maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, repair, and modification • Document maintenance actions in aircraft logs and approved maintenance systems • May lead and provide technical guidance to lower-level mechanics • Ensure compliance with Tool Control, FOD, safety, and quality programs • Perform and inspect airframe, flight control, hydraulic, pneumatic, and landing gear systems maintenance • Interpret technical manuals, drawings, and directives • Troubleshoot and repair aircraft systems • Document maintenance actions per Air Force requirements • Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications • FAA A&P certificate or military equivalent, 7+ years' experience ability to perform depot-level maintenance (3 years bomber/large aircraft), ability to supervise, completion of military aircraft familiarization training. • 7+ years B-1B or similar aircraft maintenance experience preferred. • Must be able to work, day, swing or mid shift as required • Secret clearance required Physical Requirements Must be able to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation, including lifting up to 50 lbs., standing and walking for extended periods, bending, kneeling, climbing, and working in confined or elevated spaces. Requires sufficient manual dexterity and vision to use tools and inspect aircraft systems. Must be able to work in high-noise environments, wear required PPE and work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions. Compensation • $42.32/hour Benefits: Employees are offered medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees can enroll in KAI's 401k plan.
