Duties and Responsibilities: • Defend and litigate lawsuits involving a broad range of employment-related claims and agency charges of discrimination. • Advise, counsel, and train employers on various employment and labor law issues. • Represent employers in court, before administrative agencies, at mediations, and in arbitration in employment matters, including class/collective actions and discrimination, harassment, retaliation, contract, employment tort, data privacy and non-compete cases. Skills and Educational Requirements: • JD from ABA accredited law school, with excellent academic credentials • 3+ years of experience, employment law and/or commercial litigation background strongly preferred. • Current FL Bar admission in good standing • Understanding of current agency (state and federal) procedures • Excellent written and oral communication skills. • Attention to detail and commitment to excellence. • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. • Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills • Commitment to professionalism, collegiality, and teamwork We are an equal employment opportunity employer. UPS is seeking Package Delivery Drivers to safely operate delivery trucks and deliver packages to residential and commercial customers on an assigned route. Drivers are responsible for loading and unloading packages, following a scheduled delivery route, operating a UPS delivery vehicle, and providing excellent customer service during deliveries and pickups. Drivers must be comfortable driving a delivery truck, and some locations may require the ability to drive a manual transmission delivery vehicle. This position requires passing a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical exam and maintaining a valid driver's license with a clean driving record in accordance with UPS and DOT regulations. This position typically pays $45 per hour or more for full-time UPS package delivery drivers, with additional overtime pay available during peak seasons.Drivers are responsible for meeting daily delivery quotas, using handheld scanners to track and confirm deliveries, following all UPS safety procedures, lifting and carrying packages, and maintaining a professional appearance while representing UPS. Drivers must follow company guidelines regarding safe driving practices, package handling procedures, delivery confirmation procedures, and customer interaction standards.Full-time UPS employees may be eligible for benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, pension plan, 401(k), paid vacation, paid holidays, overtime opportunities, and union-negotiated wage increases. UPS drivers may also receive overtime pay, peak season bonuses, and route bid opportunities based on seniority.
