This hands-on leadership role is ideal for a PT who wants to stay connected to patient care while leading a team and helping grow a successful outpatient practice. You'll treat a diverse caseload including orthopedic, post-surgical, sports medicine, and musculoskeletal patients while taking ownership of the clinic's day-to-day clinical success. You'll develop your team, strengthen referral relationships, and partner with H2 Health leadership to drive patient experience, caseload growth, and overall clinic performance. Your Role: • Provide high-quality outpatient physical therapy and individualized plans of care. • Lead, support, and develop clinicians and clinic team members. • Oversee day-to-day clinical operations and patient experience. • Build relationships with physicians, referral partners, and the community. • Support caseload growth, revenue generation, and clinic performance. • Partner with leadership to grow and strengthen the practice.
