What you have Required Qualifications • Client Experience: Ability to build trust by listening actively, asking thoughtful questions, and clearly translating complex financial concepts into guidance clients can understand and act on. • Time Management: Ability to prioritize client meetings, planning work, and follow‑through while clearly setting expectations, timelines, and next steps with clients and partners. • Financial Planning: Applies financial planning principles and communicates recommendations in a way that aligns portfolios to client goals, risk tolerance, and long‑term outcomes. • Coachability: Actively seeks, receives, and applies feedback; communicates openly about development needs and adjusts approach to continuously improve advisory effectiveness. • Self‑Awareness: Demonstrates awareness of strengths and limitations, communicates questions or concerns early, and escalates appropriately to serve clients well.
