In this role, you'll be one of the first friendly voices our customers connect with as theyplace meal orders. The starting wage is $17.00/hour with weekly pay, PTO, and benefits available after 30 days of employment. Work hours are Monday-Friday, 9:00am-6:00pm with the potential for overtime starting at 7:00am. Address: 3210 SE Corporate Woods Drive, Ankeny IA 50021 This position will start on Monday, October 12th, 2026. **Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to** + Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls with our clients placing their meal order + Address questions, and provide exceptional customer service + Input order information into the appropriate client order screen + Document all conversations with client into client information database + Ensure all assigned clients are contacted and have an order on file + Contact case managers via telephone, email, and/or fax when a special situation arises regarding one of their clients + Work quickly and efficiently without making the client feel rushed **Required Skills & Experience** + High school degree or GED + 1 year of previous customer service experience + Basic computer proficiency, including experience learning and using software in a work or school setting + Clear oral communication skills + Ability to deescalate situations and quickly resolve customer complaints + Prior experience adhering to company policies and showing core values **Preferred Skills & Experience** + 1 year of previous call center experience + Previous experience with auto dialer, multi-line phone system, and/or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Teams + Previous experience working with HIPAA policies and procedures **Physical Requirements** + Repetitive motions that include the wrists, hands and/or fingers + Sedentary work that primarily involves sitting, remaining in a stationary position for prolonged periods + Visual perception to perform job including peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus **Our team member enjoy:** + Free Breakfast & Lunch + Casual Dress Code + Tiered growth path for promotion starting Day 1 + Eligible for Referral Bonuses starting Day 1 + Weekly paychecks + PTO, 401k, & a Full benefits package **Company Overview** Mom's Meals is a home-delivered meal service providing fully prepared, refrigerated meal solutions direct to homes nationwide since 1999.
