Prepares patients during office visits and assists patients and family members before, during and after a doctor's visit.Prepare patients for examination and assist providers during treatment/procedures, examinations, and testing of patients.Prepare, restock, and sterilize examination rooms, procedure rooms, lab area and all other patient care areas per established policies and procedures.Record patients' medical history, health maintenance, and chief complaint.Measure, record, and document vital signs.Where applicable, perform phlebotomy, injections and other specimen collection per established policies and procedures as directed by the provider.Educate patients by providing information and instructions as directed by the provider.Maintain safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations.Sterilize medical instruments per established standards and procedures.Relay messages from patients and front office staff to providers.Represent the office in a professional manner. Treat all customers, internal and external, in a courteous and cooperative manner.Participate in team activities and professional development activities.Attend required meetings.Demonstrate and embody the Women's Care mission and core values.Compliance with all HIPAA rules, regulations, and guidelines.Other duties as assigned.QualificationsQualifications:High school diploma or GED.(FL Only) Certified Medical Assistant preferred OR the ability to obtain the certification within the first 120 days of employment. NWS operates water vending machines in retail stores across the country. We're building a team of Field Technicians in WINTER PARK NORTH, FL to keep those machines clean, stocked, and running right. It's straightforward work, it pays well, and you're in charge of your own time. What You'll Actually Be Doing Each week (or every two weeks, depending on the location), you'll visit your assigned stores and: • Clean and disinfect the FreshPure machine inside and out • Take meter readings and log the data on your service report • Snap photos of the machine condition at every visit • Submit your completed report to the home office when you're done • Call in anything that looks off — damage, mechanical issues, anything unusual That's it. Each stop takes about an hour. Your total hours per week depend on how many stores are on your route.
