About this opportunity: Assist and support the Programming and Sales departments by helping to coordinate and manage prizes, contests, and events. Help to organize and plan station promotions to be the most beneficial and successful for the station, listener and client. Assist with the daily operations of the radio promotions and events department. What you'll do: • Coordinate events and contesting for our radio stations and help to maintain quality among our 7 radio station properties • Targeted, timely and consistent communication with all departments • Assist in managing on-air, social media, and station website contests, including updating, creating and revising company contest and events • Coordinate and attend client meetings with sellers and sales managers as needed to help plan events and event logistics • Maintain the station event calendar and ensure the provision of prizes, promotional materials and event collateral • Prepare contest rules, waivers, and release forms for on air, digital, social media and other contests • On site set up of remotes, including setting up tents, hanging banners, handing out prizes • Responsible for maintaining the prize inventory as well as prize fulfillment processes • Perform basic office administrative functions and update station web sites as needed • Manage office supplies and organization of the promotion department and programming area • Other promotion related tasks such as, but not limited to, picking up promotional items, packing promotional bags, calling winners, filing, data input, making phone calls, and organizing prizes and station merchandise • Other duties as assigned What you'll bring: • High school diploma or equivalent required • Ability to work well with all departments and maintain a positive outlook in an often-hectic work environment • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to problem-solve, multitask and work efficiently in a fast paced, deadline-driven environment • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs. • Computer literacy in applicable programs including Photoshop, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word • Ability to navigate web-based, company-wide software systems • Must be 21 years or older and able to work a flexible schedule, including weekdays, weekends and evening events as needed to accomplish business objectives • Must possess a valid driver's license with an excellent driving record • Must be available to work weekends, nights and holidays and special events • Must be able to stand for extended periods of time What you'll get in return: You'll get a supportive work environment with co-workers and managers who value your work, your time, and your perspective. About the Role Charlie Health is hiring exceptional candidates with a Masters degree in mental health and previous work experience facilitating groups to provide remote, telehealth services to our adolescent and young adult clients. We're eager to work with forward-thinking mental health professionals to enhance our programming and provide the best possible care to our clients. Responsibilities Complete all Onboarding requirements within 2 weeks of start date Meet with your assigned Charlie Health Group Quality Supervisor or Group Quality Director at a minimum of 1x/month for required check-in Respond to all email and Slack communication promptly (within 48 hours of receiving a communication) Review the curriculum aligned to group assignment prior to group start time Arrive ~10 minutes early to scheduled group time and facilitate all groups for the entirety of the hour Facilitate groups following Charlie Health best practices and using assigned and most up to date Charlie Health curriculum Facilitate groups across age groups and cohorts, including Integrative curriculum, Support Staffing and Wellness Hour as needed Foster client engagement and group cohesion throughout the session, encouraging client participation and fostering camera-on culture Following all operational policies and procedures as indicated by Charlie Health best practices Participate in collaborative Treatment Team (Tuesdays) and Group Supervision (every other Friday) with your assigned Charlie Health Group Quality Supervisor or Group Quality Director, peers and other Clinical Leadership team members Work collaboratively and respectfully across the care team including with Primary Therapists, Care Experience Specialists and Care Coaches Communicate clearly, professionally, and promptly with all clients, staff, families, agencies, and referents Monitor your treatment documentation to ensure all of your notes are completed within required 24 hour timeframe and meet agency and professional standards per DHCS and The Joint Commission standards Maintain and model professional ethics, including appropriate boundaries and confidentiality Other duties as assigned Requirements Must be available during late afternoons and evenings on weekdays (3-8pm MT on Monday to Thursday) and on Saturdays to meet the schedules of our adolescent and young adult clients Master's degree in mental health or related field required (see below for full list) Experience working with youth and young adults Well versed in a variety of modalities and feel confident integrating them into your treatment approach (DBT, CBT, EMDR, MI certification is a plus) Passionate about the benefits of group treatment and skilled in conducting group treatment Ability to work effectively in a team Creative and engaging, especially over video!
