Position Summary: The intern will accept designated, business-focused projects to research, propose ideas and solutions, and prepare a final presentation at the close of their summer experience. Engages with customers/clients and provides service and/or sales. Duties/Responsibilities • Assist with various tasks as assigned by your supervisor. Tasks can range from administrative duties to more specialized projects • Attend team meetings, take notes, and contribute ideas as assigned • Collaborate with relevant departments • Job shadowing and hands on learning opportunities provided • Learn technical skills related to the industry • Contribute fresh ideas and insights • Exemplify, promote, and foster our purpose of Committed to Excellence through our Core Values of Customers, Employees, Character, and Mastery • Perform other related duties as directed Required Skills/Abilities • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • Excellent time management skills. • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Must have 3 months of verifiable experience • No more than 1 CMV on-road preventable accident in the last 2 years. No major CMV preventable accidents in the last 5 years. • No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years. • No DUI/DWI within the past 5 years, or 10 years if the offense occurred while holding a CDL. • Must be able to pass a DOT physical and drug test. No drug related conviction within the past 5 years, or 10 years if the offense occurred while holding a CDL.
