Strategic Leadership For Physician And Dental Programs Position Purpose: Leads the strategic direction and long-term performance of PSIC's Physician and Dental professional liability programs. Responsible for establishing a clear path for profitable growth and retention by leveragingdata, market insights, and cross-functional input. Provides leadership to ensure alignment across teams, sets priorities, and drives accountability for results across both lines of business. Essential Functions: Leads the development, communication, and execution of strategy for the Physician and Dental programs by analyzing performance data, identifying opportunities and risks, and establishing a clear, actionable plan for growth and profitability. Performs other duties as assigned. Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience. Insurance designation is preferred (CIC, CPCU, RPLU, etc.) Experience: 8-10 years of sales leadership or similar business development/management role. 5-7 years of professional liability insurance experience. Skills: Requires the ability to acquire extensive knowledge of company products. Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills; excellent attention to detail, good problem solving skills; requires understanding of standard concepts, practices and procedures within a particular field. Must be detail oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks of equal importance. This position requires the employee to obtain their Property and Casualty license within the first four months of employment.
