Success in this role is driven by skills rather than a specific career path. • Using your client experience, you will anticipate needs, resolve issues, and deliver a high-touch service experience. • Through oral and written communication, you will articulate processes and operating standards clearly to advisors and business partners. • Your attention to detail will ensure accuracy in case management, operational workflows, and follow-up activities. • Leveraging process discipline, sound judgment, and available resources, you will help resolve portfolio management, financial planning, and market-related inquiries. As part of a collaborative team of 10–12 professionals, you will build trusted partnerships across the organization while balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
