Role Jebwa is hiring a eCommerce Store Manager with a successful track record of managing online stores and deliver outstanding revenue growth and customer satisfaction. The role will report to the General Manager: • Process orders and communicate with customers about order, delivery and after‑sales support • Monitor and manage listing inventory and pricing • Provide timely customer service with ticket management, online chat and over the phone • Handle e‑commerce return cases and payment disputes • Track, report and improve key e‑commerce success metrics • Design promotional programs to support existing customers or to acquire new customers • Collect, analyze and report customer data through surveys and qualitative methods • Collaborate with marketing and engineering teams to implement new eCommerce projects and analyze their effectiveness • Research and develop new product lines; build supplier relationship Required Skills • Bachelor's degree in Business, Merchandising, or a Related Field • 4+ years of online sales experience on a marketplace or direct‑to‑consumer online retail • Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Office) and Project Management software (Monday.com, Asana) • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask • Startup minded, positive, hands‑on attitude and nimble • Ability to successfully work cross functionally with both internal teams and external vendors • Natural collaborator. Environmental Consultant Merjent, Inc. (Merjent) is seeking an Environmental Consultant in Texas. In this full-time position, the Environmental Consultant will support environmental permitting, regulatory compliance, and environmental review for energy infrastructure projects, with aprimary focus on Texas and opportunities to support projects in other regions where Merjent's clients operate. This role will support a variety of projects, including natural gas, electric transmission, and other energy-related developments, by coordinating permit acquisitions, conducting environmental analyses, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Preference will be given to candidates located in Texas, particularly within a one-hour drive of Houston, to support client coordination, agency engagement, field activities, and project needs throughout the state. This is a full-time benefits eligible opportunity that can be based remotely in Texas. The anticipated annual salary for this position is between $79,400 and $136,500 annually, depending upon qualifications and experience. This position is also bonus eligible. Responsibilities • Manage projects and tasks associated with environmental review, permitting, and compliance services for clients in the energy sector (natural gas pipelines and/or electric transmission lines and associated facilities). • Support projects that involve analysis of the environmental impacts of proposed energy projects, including analyses to support development of project-specific applications and permit approvals. • Coordinate with federal, state, and local agencies regarding permitting and compliance requirements. • Potential to conduct biological field surveys and associated internal and external reporting. • Potential to conduct stormwater inspections and necessary reporting. • Supporting administrative functions as needed, including document production and technical editing of large, detailed documents. • Work with internal project and task managers and external clients in a manner that is consistent with Merjent's reputation for excellence. Qualifications and Experience • B.A. or B.S. in environmental science or environmental studies, environmental engineering, water resources, geology, biology, natural resources, or a closely related field. • 3-5 years of environmental permitting experience, with preference for work completed in the energy industry. • 3-5 years of experience or familiarity with permitting processes through the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES), U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, State Historic Preservation Offices, or other federal, state, or local regulatory agencies. • 1-2 years of experience or familiarity with project management and/or deputy project management preferred. • Strong initiative-taker with excellent organizational, problem-solving, and task management skills. • Ability to adapt quickly and work well under pressure, both in large teams and one-on-one. • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. • Detail-oriented with the ability to analyze, organize, and interpret data from multiple sources and translate that information into direct, easy to understand written deliverables. • Willing to travel domestically as needed (5-50%), including for field work. Candidates located in Texas or within driving distance of Houston, Texas are preferred. Field work may be required depending on background and/or interest. Overview Bellows Plumbing, Heating, Cooling and Electrical is actively searching for a highly motivated, confident dispatcher. The Dispatcher is a crucial role and will be part of a team of 5 Dispatchers with the goal of maximizing scheduling so that we are continuously exceeding customer demands and satisfaction. Must be able to utilize creative thinking, strategic planning skills and teamwork to ensure all customers receive superior service. The ideal candidate will be able to enthusiastically rise to a challenge and coordinate a complex schedule that is very dynamic and always subject to conflict and change. We are looking for someone who is able to think outside the box and make quick decisions, but who can also work as part of a team to ensure we are providing outstanding customer service. Hours: Full time, 40 hours per week. Monday through Friday 7:30 am - 4 pm. Primary responsibilities • Dispatching installers or service technicians to jobs • Scheduling and monitor service requests, emergency calls and multi-day installs • Main point of contact for field staff and customers • Provides support and guidance to team of 8 - 20 field staff • Collaborates with internal staff to assure efficiency and optimization Additional Responsibilities • Must have a willingness to train and provide back up to other dispatchers • Schedule jobs based on customer issue, tech specialty and geographic efficiency • Make outbound calls to customers to schedule appointments and installs • Maintains records and monitors records and debriefs via Service Titan • Effectively communicate job information to technicians and installers Qualifications • HVAC, electrician or plumbing dispatch experience preferred • Strong previous customer service experience • Able to work with very minimal supervision • Ability to interact well with all employees and perform as a team player is essential • Possess excellent communication skills and maintain a pleasant, friendly demeanor • Possess strong attention to detail and able to multi-task • Have strong computer and tech ability.
