Compensation • Local hourly pay ranging from $30.00 to $34.00 based on experience plus $1.00 night shift differential • Eligible for profit-sharing bonuses paid twice annually in accordance with the company plan. Schedule • Local work - Home daily! • Night shift 7pm to 7am - Rotating 12-hour night shift on a 2-3-2 schedule. • Enjoy every other weekend off, providing a three-day weekend every other week. Registered Medical AssistantJoin a dynamic healthcare team in the Pacific Northwest as a Registered Medical Assistant (MA-R). In this role, you will work closely under the supervision of licensed independent practitioners to provide essential patient care, supporting both clinical and administrative functions. Your contributions will help ensure smooth clinic operations and a positive patient experience.Job ResponsibilitiesDeliver patient care within the MA-R scope of practice, accurately executing provider orders in a timely manner.Facilitate patient flow to optimize clinic efficiency and communicate effectively with patients, providers, and team members regarding wait times.Document patient complaints and vital signs following clinic protocols, preparing patients for examinations.Maintain up-to-date patient health information in electronic medical records, excluding sensitive history sections.Ensure exam rooms are stocked and clean, perform point-of-care testing, and assist with treatments and procedures as appropriate.Collaborate with environmental services to uphold a clean and safe clinical environment, consistently practicing infection control.Engage in special projects and other duties as assigned, demonstrating adaptability and teamwork.Education and ExperienceHigh school diploma or equivalent required.Previous experience as a Registered Medical Assistant preferred.Licenses and CertificationsCurrent or pending Medical Assistant-Registered licensure as required by the regional health authority, with application submitted within two weeks of hire.Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 90 days of employment.Skills and AbilitiesStrong knowledge of MA-R duties and patient care techniques.Proficiency with technology, including Microsoft Office and electronic medical records.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to follow instructions and manage multiple tasks with sound judgment.Commitment to fostering positive working relationships and a respectful team environment.Work Environment and BenefitsThis full-time position offers 10-hour shifts within a 40-hour workweek.
