Mom's Meals Fulfillment AssociateMom's Meals, the leading national provider of refrigerated home-delivered meals in the healthcare market, is in hyper-growth mode. The Fulfillment Associate is responsible for picking, scanning, and packing a portion of each customer's order as it passes in front of them in a safe and efficient manner. This position is fast paced and requires the associate to remain in a refrigerated environment for the entirety of the shift.The hours for 1st shift are Monday - Thursday from 6am to 4:30pm with a starting wage of $ 17.25. The hours for 3rd shift are Monday - Thursday from 8pm to 6am with a starting wage of $ 18.75.Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:Pick correct items for cooler boxes scan appropriately, and pack items to complete your portion of the customer's orderAdhere to strict safety, quality, and production standardsPay close attention to detail while performing job duties including but not limited to reading labels, selection of product, etcMeet productivity and accuracy standardsProduce a quality work output on a consistent basisMove product from one location to another, following food sanitation and safety guidelinesAssist with general housekeepingWork is done inside a large warehouse area that is free from outside weather conditions but maintains a temperature between 34-40 degrees (Gloves will be provided)Required Skills & Experience:Must be at least 18 years oldBe able to stand/walk for up to 8-10 hoursAble to lift/move to 50 lbs occasionallyShifts can include weekends and holidays and/or overtimeHave a strong service orientationBe a team player, including the ability to communicate well with othersPrior experience adhering to company policies and showing core valuesAble to work independently with little supervisionMust have basic reading skillsPass a post offer drug screen and background checkPreferred Skills & Experience:High School Diploma or GEDPrevious experience in warehouse distribution, or similar environmentPhysical Requirements:Regularly required to use hands to handle, feel or operate objects, tools, or controls and reach with hands and armsFrequently is required to stand, talk, and listenOccasionally required to walk, stoop, kneel or crouchOccasionally lift and/or move up to 50 poundsVision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focusAble to perform repetitive movementsAble to work in variable temperatures (cold/hot)Our Team Members Enjoy:New starting hourly wagesFree breakfast & lunchWeekly pay structureNo uniforms, casual dressEligible for referral bonuses starting day 1PTO accrual from day 1Employee discounts on major brandsEmployer-funded holiday savings account401k & full benefits packageCompany Overview:Mom's Meals is a home-delivered meal service providing fully prepared, refrigerated meal solutions direct to homes nationwide since 1999. Pay Rate : $27.42 an hour + Upto $7,500 Sign On Bonus Job Summary: Sysco has immediate job openings for dependable local CDL A Delivery Truck Driver to safely and efficiently operate a tractor-trailer and manually unload/deliver various products (meats, produce, frozen foods, groceries, dry goods, supplies, etc.) to customer locations on an assigned route schedule. Our truck drivers build relationships with each customer using their positive, friendly attitude and become familiar with their operations to meet needs and expectations. QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Requirements • 21+ years of age. • Pass employment testing • License to drive - valid Class A Commercial Driver License (CDL) with a driving record that meets company insurability standards • Commercial Vehicle Drivers must have the ability to read and speak the English language sufficiently to converse with the general public, to understand highway traffic signs and signals in the English language, to respond to official inquiries, and to make entries on reports and records. • Touch freight – may need to lift, push or move product weighing an average of 40-60 pounds and as much as 100 pounds repeatedly. • Flexibility – overtime as required, weekends and holidays as business needs require. Preferred Requirements • 1 year customer delivery experience preferred. • 6 months hand cart/hand truck experience preferred. • 6 months Food and Beverage experience preferred. • 2 years consistent work history preferred.
