As a sales lead, the assistant manager interacts with customers on a regular basis leading the customer experience with the store team. Frito-Lay is seeking Delivery Drivers / Route Sales Representatives to deliver, stock, and merchandise Frito-Lay products at grocery stores, convenience stores, and retail locations on an assigned route. Drivers are responsible for operating a company delivery truck, delivering products to stores, unloading and stocking shelves and displays, rotating product to ensure freshness, building promotional displays, and maintaining positive relationships with store managers and staff. Drivers are also responsible for tracking inventory, completing route paperwork, and ensuring stores are properly stocked according to company merchandising standards. This position typically pays $60,000 to $75,000 per year, which is commonly equivalent to $28 to $36 per hour, with opportunities for overtime pay, performance bonuses, and route sales incentives based on sales volume and product displays.This role requires safely operating a delivery truck, following DOT regulations when applicable, loading and unloading product, and meeting delivery and stocking deadlines for assigned stores. Drivers must follow company safety policies, merchandising standards, and delivery procedures while maintaining a professional relationship with customers and store managers.Full-time employees may be eligible for benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, pension benefits in some locations, paid time off, paid holidays, company-provided uniforms, and employee discount programs. Pay Rate : $27.42 an hour + Upto $7,500 Sign On Bonus Job Summary: Sysco has immediate job openings for dependable local CDL A Delivery Truck Driver to safely and efficiently operate a tractor-trailer and manually unload/deliver various products (meats, produce, frozen foods, groceries, dry goods, supplies, etc.) to customer locations on an assigned route schedule. Our truck drivers build relationships with each customer using their positive, friendly attitude and become familiar with their operations to meet needs and expectations. QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Requirements • 21+ years of age. • Pass employment testing • License to drive - valid Class A Commercial Driver License (CDL) with a driving record that meets company insurability standards • Commercial Vehicle Drivers must have the ability to read and speak the English language sufficiently to converse with the general public, to understand highway traffic signs and signals in the English language, to respond to official inquiries, and to make entries on reports and records. • Touch freight – may need to lift, push or move product weighing an average of 40-60 pounds and as much as 100 pounds repeatedly. • Flexibility – overtime as required, weekends and holidays as business needs require. Preferred Requirements • 1 year customer delivery experience preferred. • 6 months hand cart/hand truck experience preferred. • 6 months Food and Beverage experience preferred. • 2 years consistent work history preferred.
